Process

The first step in our process is to meet with you in-person to discuss your ideas and understand your needs. This is the time to bring your photos, floorplans, Pinterest boards and any other wish list ideas you want to incorporate into your dream home. Let’s take this opportunity to get to know each other, discuss pricing, and determine if we’re the right for you!

Do you already have the design you're looking for? If not, we are happy to help. We've done numerous projects of all styles. We'd be happy to sit down with you and go through your plans and provide insight on how to maximize your space.

Once you’ve decided to move forward with us, we’ll provide you with login credentials to our online portal where you can login to keep track of the schedule, view progress photos, and submit new requests. You’ll also be able to stay on top of expenses and when your payments are due. You can easily contact us through the portal and we’ll get back to you right away.

Once we've got your design all squared away & your own profile set up on our Homeowner Portal, we'll be ready to start construction. Our team keeps the communication lines open and transparent to all parties. You'll be in good hands when working with RWK Construction Co.

As we get close to finishing up the project, we’ll meet with you once more to address any questions or concerns you may have. At this time we’ll discuss our warranty process in the case that any issues arise with your home after we leave.
